We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws by ensuring that students can use our services without disclosing PII.

Billing & Payments
Symbaloo bills users through an online account for the use of paid services. Users agree to pay all applicable fees using this account. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for the payment of any such taxes.
Subscription Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. If you cancel, you may continue to use the subscription until the end of the current term.
Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Symbaloo to charge your payment method at the beginning of each subscription period. If we do not receive payment, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.
No Refund Policy
All fees are final and nonrefundable, including in the event any features or functions of Symbaloo’s service are changed, modified, diminished, or removed.
Changes to the Symbaloo Privacy Policy
Symbaloo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Data Removal
If you wish to have all your data removed:
1. Self-Service
You can remove your data yourself in your account on the Account Settings page, accessible after logging in. Click the “Remove my Account” link at the bottom and follow the process. This will delete all data permanently.
2. Assistance
Send an email to data-removal@symbaloo.com with the email address used for the account, and we will delete your data for you.
In most cases, expect your data removal requests to be processed within 14 business days.
